Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy every product you purchase from EPIC AI Agency.

Digital Products
All digital items (downloads, templates, GPTs, art packs, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered, as access to the files cannot be revoked. However, if you encounter a technical issue, receive the wrong item, or cannot access your file, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Print-on-Demand Products
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo and order number. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” as each product is made to order.
