1) Digital products

  • Digital items are non-refundable once access links are delivered.

  • If a file is corrupt, the wrong item was sent, or you cannot access your download, email us within 7 days and we will fix the issue or replace the file.

  • By purchasing digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content once fulfilment begins.

2) Print on demand products

Our POD items are made to order. We accept returns only if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

  • Window to report an issue: within 14 days of delivery.

  • What we need: your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Outcome: if approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or buyer’s remorse, because each item is produced to order. This does not affect rights that may apply under local consumer law.

3) EU and UK cooling off information

  • Digital products: the 14-day cooling off right does not apply once you have agreed to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel.

  • POD products: where local law provides a mandatory cooling off right and no exemption applies, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. We will advise next steps.

4) How to start a POD return request

Email info@affirmedvisionary.com before sending any item. If your request is accepted, we will send return or replacement instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Return address: [Insert return address or “provided in approval email”]

  • Return label: we will confirm whether a label is provided, or if return postage is your responsibility, based on the issue and your location.

5) Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same item. If the item is unavailable, we will refund you.

6) Non-returnable items

Gift cards, sale items, personalised items, and items showing signs of use are not returnable unless faulty.

7) Refund timing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you about the approval. If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received a refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at info@affirmedvisionary.com.
